Frequently asked questions about our event service.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

• The studio requires the payee of the production to sign a contract.

• We provide all media captured to the individual on the contract. No one else will receive the media unless specified by the contract signer.

• The studio’s liability or refund is limited to amount of the production.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

• Two Week – No Charge

• One Week – $200 per photographer booked.

• 48 Hour – no refund will be issued.

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHTS TO FOOTAGE OR PHOTOGRAPHS?

• All rights to footage and/or photographs are transferred to our clients once payment is collected. Anthony Kham Photography still reserves the right to use any footage and/or photograph for internal promotional purposes.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME?

• Average turnaround time is 14 days. Expedited time frames can be requested.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

• Absolutely! I am based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but willing to travel outside of PA. Certain distances may have a travel fee applied, so please inquire for more information!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?

• The photos will be delivered through an online photo-sharing platform, PASS. Ordering prints and downloading the album via PASS can be done conveniently on any device, ie. Android, Apple, & PC products.
